The staff were helpful and provided last-minute Alhambra tickets. The location is central, near the cathedral. The hotel offers free coffee and tea in the morning. Good value for the price. Parking options were conveniently provided.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the historic center and surrounded by bars and restaurants. It is literally right by the Cathedral, making it easy to explore the downtown area. The staff was fantastic, providing helpful recommendations and assisting with ticket printing. The shared bathrooms were always clean and equipped with hair dryers and iron, adding convenience to the stay.
The WiFi is only available in the reception area, which can be a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location was perfect, right in the center of everywhere we wanted to go and see. It was right in the center of the old town and on one of the busiest pedestrian streets. Plus, it was right next to the cathedral. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast included was a big plus, and the common area was a great place to relax.
